1. Right of Cancellation

The client must provide written notice via email at least 3 hours before the start of the lesson for any purchased lesson or training service.

2. Right of Refund

• Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the start of the lesson will be fully refunded.

• Once the class has started (live class or access to digital content is granted), cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

• In case of technical issues or problems caused by the Service Provider, alternative classes or make-up sessions may be offered to the Customer.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used by the Customer.

• The information provided by the Customer must be accurate and complete for the refund process.
