1. Parties

This agreement is made between Öznur İnce (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and the user receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the distance sale and use of online classes, trainings, and similar services provided by the Service Provider via oznurinceyoga.com.

3. Description of the Service

The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with the following services:

  • Online yoga classes

  • Live or pre-recorded training content

  • Training materials and support services

The details, prices, and durations of the services are clearly indicated on the relevant class pages on the website.

4. Service Fee and Payment

  • The service fee is paid online via the Elekse POS system at the price indicated on the website.

  • Access to classes is not granted until payment is completed.

  • The service fee includes VAT; any other taxes or charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Customer has the right to withdraw before the service starts. If exercised, the fee will be refunded.

  • Once the class has started (live class or access to digital content is granted), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Service Provider in writing via email.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • In case of cancellation before the class starts, the paid fee will be fully refunded.

  • After the class has started, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

  • In case of technical issues or problems caused by the Service Provider, alternative classes or make-up sessions may be offered.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer confirms that the information provided during registration is accurate.

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to maintain account confidentiality and not share passwords with others.

  • Service content is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties.

8. Duration of the Agreement

  • This agreement comes into effect when the Customer makes the payment.

  • The agreement terminates upon completion of the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

  • If no resolution is reached, the courts and enforcement offices in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider’s address shall have authority.
